I see a lot of potential. Hopefully there's enough experience and knowledge there to help. And not necessarily handicap themselves on things that are almost guaranteed, rather than on some personal wants.....

Is the other track in Ocean Springs dead? I haven't seen any new updates on either Facebook page since the beginning of the month.

It will be nice if this new indoor track ends up as a "Southern Flowood" - just got to focus on one thing at a time and get it done right. Might get some of the New Orleans folks over too.

Jamie who runs the hobby shop built the track at the yardos and Randy runs the yardos. Jamie got tired of dealing with Randy so he decided to get his own place. So the outdoor track is done If Randy doesn't find someone else to run it.

I think it will be like a "southern Flowood". Jamie's been good about getting input and a lot of folks have been helping. In fact a guy who is interested in the track got Jamie blueprints so we don't have to worry about city regulations. So it's full steam ahead. :)

Realistically only looks about 25-30 minutes extra for those of us coming from the East, according to Google. Just stay on I-10 whole way there then down to 90; no getting off and weaving through traffic like Mobile.

If anything like b&t 1/8 scale will do great. Miss that track. Sliding corners wont get it. Cant wait to c this new track

If they set it up like Flowood and run races like most of the places that some of us race at, it would take off. It would be nice to run 1/8 Nitro buggies/truggies in it.
